In collaboration with Microsoft Studios for the release of the critically acclaimed game Forza Horizon 4 for Xbox One and Windows 10 PCs, drum and bass tastemakers Hospital Records is releasing a first ever exclusive and bespoke soundtrack for the game.
Featuring as an in-game radio station in a Forza Horizon game for the third time, Hospital Records now also presents 20 exclusive and original tracks produced solely for Forza Horizon 4. The in-game unlockable Hospital Records radio station is hosted by label co-founders Tony Colman (London Elektricity) and Chris Goss, with featured artists including Metrik, Fred V & Grafix, Etherwood, S.P.Y, Logistics, London Elektricity, Kings Of The Rollers and more, available exclusively in the ‘Forza Horizon 4: Hospital Soundtrack’.
Forza Horizon 4 is currently available in the Ultimate Edition and will be available worldwide on Oct. 2. The full soundtrack will be available digitally and on streaming platforms on the 26th of October, with 6 tracks being cut especially for a limited edition vinyl release.

There is actually a story behind this track. This is not the original track, it's a significantly remastered version of an older track from the guys. Find on YouTube 'Grafix – Defenceless + Fred V – Raise Your Mind'. That track was in a couple of mixes and played live back in 2010-2012. It was never released and people were shitting themselves because of that, including myself – just have a look at the comments in that video. When I played Forza for the first time a couple of months ago I immediately recognised the tune and was pleasantly surprised. So yeah, dreams do come true sometimes.
Forza Horizon series never disappoints with its track list. IMO Horizon 4 is the best one since Horizon 1. Love this franchise and series more than anything

I don't like this version of this song 🙁 The other version that was on the Crissy Criss guest mix was so much better, and had what sounded like trumpets.
