  2. Thanks for the video. Well, I have a question. You listed the vision at the top of the pyramid above the mission, and this indicates that the mission lead to achieve the vision, and in this case the mission is part of the vision. I have different understanding of this. I think the mission is more static and the vision could be changed completely with time depends on our poison in the market and the level of competency. The mission in my opinion works as a business reference point that we should stick to while doing our business. So the mission should not be listed in the pyramid as it represents the fram include the rest of the strategic plan elements. WHAT DO YOU THINK.

  3. "Communicate simply and clearly". Excellent advise. Corporate speak has gotten so out of control that it's really hard to understand what people mean. Folks like to sound clever, so they say things such as "We are going to leverage learnings from our Center of Excellence to propel synergistic customer delight delivery", rather than "Apply feedback to do it better".

  4. Great Job! Just a clarification on risks. Risk and uncertainty are 2 different terms. Managing risk is easier because you can identify risks and develop a response plan in advance (foresight or based on your experience). Managing uncertainty, on the other hand, is problematic as there is an absence of previous information and too many moving parts involved to predict the outcome.
